"Terrible shipping and lack of communication"
I ordered and paid for my product on December 5th. As of now, there's been no sign of my items. The communication from the seller has been lacking. I had to reach out to them just to get the tracking number, which, strangely enough, only shows it’s stuck in Belgium (and I’m nowhere near there), with a note saying 'sent to destination country.' Overall, it’s been a really disappointing experience.

"Amazing support from the team!"
I gotta say, the customer service was top-notch! They were quick to respond to my questions and the shipping to Canada was super speedy. I really appreciate all of it. The only downside is that they should really update their product info; the shampoo I got didn’t come with an ingredient list and had SLS in it, but I decided to give it a shot anyway. Thanks once more for being such a dependable company. I’ll definitely be back to shop again soon!

I placed an order for hair dyes and developer in the afternoon, and the package showed up the very next day by noon. Seriously, that’s some speedy delivery!

"Order placed on May 19th and still waiting..."
Update: Package arrived on June 17th. I ordered on May 19th and haven’t gotten anything yet. I even shot them an email, but no response.

"Ordered 2 pairs of scissors but faced delays..."
I ordered 2 pairs of scissors on December 16, 2020, after making a bunch of phone calls and sending emails. Finally, I received 1 pair in February. I had to make even more calls and send more emails to find out where the rest of my order was. They told me they had stopped working with a specific supplier but had another option in stock that would be sent out that evening. And so, the waiting game started again for that little brown box. It finally showed up today (April 8, 2021). So, if you decide to buy from these folks, just don’t expect to get your stuff in a hurry.

"Definitely a thumbs up!"
I’m really pleased with the item, but what stands out the most is the customer support! This store has a bunch of awesome products at fair prices. Paying is a breeze, and there are various delivery options to pick from. I’d totally suggest this place to anyone thinking about shopping at Salon Wholesale! Five stars for sure!

"Fantastic Support from the Team"
I ordered some hairdressing scissors and after a week, I reached out to find out when my order would be shipped. It turns out it was sent from another location, so they didn’t have complete control over the delivery timing. I must’ve overlooked a note on the website—my bad.

But let me tell ya, the customer support was top-notch! They kept me in the loop and replied to my emails quickly, always in a friendly and understanding way. It’s such a refreshing change from the usual robotic responses.

I got my scissors today and I’m really pleased with both the product and the service. Thanks a bunch!

"Awesome speedy shipping"
I bought a couple of koleston perfect shades, 10/1 and 10/0, along with some 20V 6% welloxon perfect developer. It was a lifesaver during lockdown since my blonde locks were starting to look a bit gray at the roots. Big thanks for the quick delivery! This will hold me over until the hair salon opens up again. ☺️

"Skipped the tracking delivery choice..."
I chose not to go with the tracking delivery option, yet the package arrived on time, even with the hold-ups from covid and Brexit. Everything was intact and undamaged. I’ll definitely be shopping here again!

Great value for a solid product. I had no idea the business was based in the UK until I got the tracking info. It took a little while to get the item, but that was all good. I’ll surely remember this company for my future purchases.
